1. How did you become a model, and what was your first break?
I had my first break in 2006 when i won Mr. Supermodel Australia – however, i did not pursue a career in it as i was focused on completing my Accounting/Corporate Law degree. It all really began for me 4 months ago when a photographer asked if they could take some body shots. I quickly started getting great exposure and have recently worked in LA, NYC and Miami, working with some of the best photographers and designers in the industry. I will be modeling in Asia in the next couple of months.

2. How do you keep fit, what is your training routine and menu?
I love being fit, i normally train roughly between 6-8hrs a week – when i train it is intense and have learn that training your mind is just as important as training your body. I will reveal more when i launch my website in a few months πŸ™‚

3. How do you define your style and what your favorite store to shop?
I am such a mixture – catch me at the beach and its relaxed (jeans and singlet), catch me on a night out and its sharp and sophisticated.
I have a number of favorite shops, however, they are often small boutiques from up and coming designers – Style and fit take priority over the brand for me

4. What are your hobbies?
I surf every chance i have :), play the guitar and saxophone and love sport! I have played representative soccer and tennis, however, I am currently training for the 2012 Olympics in London and will be looking to relocate to the UK in 2011 (for modeling).

5. What is the one fashion item that you can’t live without?
I cannot live with out my jewelry, it is personal and it portrays a persons personality… When your in and out of clothes it is the one thing that defines you… πŸ™‚

6. What is your favorite place in New York?
I love the vibe at Soho! Such a trendy and inspiring place, so many creative people!

7. Do you want to share anything with the viewers that nobody knows?
I have established two flourishing companies: the thriving psychology practice, Sydney Psychology & Well being and International Opulence, a successful niche consulting firm that specialists in the provision of controlled financial solutions.

Going forward, I will be launching a an online subscription to a comprehensive list of tools and programs combining my experiences and development as a professional athlete, model and trainer

We will be hearing allot from Ivan in the near future, more updates coming soon, so stay connected and good luck Ivan with the modeling career and may you bring the gold medal in 2012… go Australia!
